Sarasota County Casey Key Shoreline Reventment,1,500 LF +/-, Nokomis, Florida. MSB Surveying, Inc. is currently providing the boundary, coastal construction control line, gulf setback line, topography needed to obtain permitting through Sarasota County Environmental Resource and Florida Department of Environmental Protection for the purpose of constructing a Geotextile container for shoreline stabilization. This information will be gathered using Real Time Kinematic GPS and conventional surveying methods using data collectors.

Manasota Key Shoreline Reventment, 2,200 LF +/-, Manasota Key, Florida. MSB Surveying, Inc. provided the boundary, mean high water and topographic survey, coastal construction control line, gulf setback line needed to obtain permitting through Sarasota County Environmental Resource and Florida Department of Environmental Protection for the purpose of constructing a seawall for shoreline stabilization. This information will be gathered using Real Time Kinematic GPS and conventional surveying methods using data collectors.

Matheny Creek, Sarasota, Florida. MSBSurveying, Inc. has provided the hydrographic information needed for the purpose of permitting a dredge for the navigatable access to the center of the channel, depicted contoured depths of water relative to mean low water, location of existing shoreline structures, top of wall/dock spot elevations at each of the fourteen subject parcels, benchmarks for dredge contractor and approximate side lot lines. We will be obtaining the post dredge depths once the dredging has been completed. This information was and will be gathered using Real Time Kinematic GPS and conventional surveying methods using data collectors.

Fiddler Bayou, Sarasota, Florida. MSB Surveying, Inc. provided the topographic, hydrographic information, established mean high water using conventional surveying methods with data collectors, also the historical research of shoreline changes of Sarasota Big Pass and established boundaries back to the 1850’s. This information was needed to obtain permitting through Sarasota County Environmental Resource and Florida Department of Environmental Protection.

Condo by the Bay Towers I & II, Sarasota, Florida – Mean High Water Survey, riparian lines, establish historic filling of bay, establish boundary of TIFF deed of submerged lands before for filling, established the submerged land leases and revised submerged lands leases for Piers 1 & 2 for the new design, hydrographic information, including existing shoreline structures, contour lines defining depths of water relative to mean low water and location of bethnic resources for the purpose of dock permitting. This information was used to obtain the permits necessary through Sarasota County Environmental Resources Department and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.

Booth Preserve, Sarasota, Florida – MSB Surveying, Inc. provided the mean high water study on Phillippi Creek from the Intracoastal water way to Bee Ridge Road and a portion of Red Bug Slough, boundary and Mean high water survey, topographic survey, subdivision plat. This information was used to obtain the permits necessary through Sarasota County and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. After County approval we continued the project through asbuilts and stakeout for vertical and horizontal construction.

Waters Edge Condominium Reventment, Siesta Key, Florida. MSB Surveying, Inc. provided the boundary, mean high water and topographic survey, coastal construction control line, gulf setback line, topography needed to obtain permitting through Sarasota County Environmental Resource and Florida Department of Environmental Protection for the purpose of re-constructing a seawall for shoreline stabilization. This information will be gathered using Real Time Kinematic GPS and conventional surveying methods using data collectors.

Twitchell’s Subdivision, Siesta Key, Florida - MSB Surveying, Inc. provided the boundary and mean high water survey giving an opinion of the remainder parcels of land titled to the Association after the unrecorded plat of boulevard Beach Club. We were used as an expert witness giving an opinion of determining boundary and interpolation of descriptions. This information was needed for court and lead to a settlement.

City of Sarasota Bay Island Park, City of Sarasota, Florida. MSB Surveying, Inc. is providing the topographic and hydrographic information needed to replace approximately 100 LF of seawall and obtain permitting through Sarasota County Building Department. This information will be gathered using Real Time Kinematic GPS and conventional surveying methods using data collectors.

Town of Longboat Key Lighthouse Point, Sarasota, Florida. MSB Surveying, Inc. provided the boundary, mean high water, topographic and hydrographic surveys and monitored shoreline changes of the east end of point along New Pass. The soundings were obtained using an Odom Precision Survey Echo Sounder, Model HT100 and applying tidal reductions from observed water levels during the survey. Horizontal positioning of soundings were obtained using a Trimble Differential GPS System, Model: DSM1212H. Information also obtained by conventional surveying methods using data collectors. This information was needed to obtain permitting through Town of Longboat Key and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.

Positano, A Condominium, Longboat Key, Florida. This was the old Holliday Inn. MSB Surveying, Inc. provided a boundary (erosion control line) and topographic survey for construction seaward of the Coastal Construction Control Line. This information was needed to obtain permitting through Town of Longboat Key and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. After approval we continued the project through platting, construction stakeout of all improvements and asbuilts.

City of Anna Maria West Bay Point & Moorings Condominium Reventment, City of Anna Maria, Florida. MSB Surveying, Inc. provided the mean high water and topographic survey needed to obtain permitting through City of Anna Maria and Florida Department of Environmental Protection for the purpose of re-constructing rip-rap for shoreline stabilization. This information will be gathered using conventional surveying methods using data collectors.

Manatee County Cypress Creek Estates, Manatee County, Florida - MSB Surveying, Inc. provided the mean high water survey, riparian lines and hydrographic survey. This information was used to obtain the permits necessary through Manatee County Environmental Resources Department and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. After the permit was issued the adjoining parcel protested the permit. The case went to mediation and was settled out of court agreeing to position the dock within two different opinions of the riparian lines.

Charlotte County Preserve of Don Pedro, Don Pedro Island, Florida. MSB Surveying, Inc. provided the mean high water survey, riparian lines, hydrographic survey of a portion of Gasparilla Sound adjacent to Don Pedro Island, shoreline improvements, contour depths of water relative to mean low water and submerged land lease for obtaining a major work permit for a multi-slips dock. This information was used to obtain permits through Charlotte County Building Department and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.

Peace River, Port Charlotte, Florida – MSB Surveying, Inc. provided the mean high water study and survey. This information was used to obtain to establish the boundary of the upland parcel for due diligence for the design of a marina. This information will be gathered using automatic water level recorders, Real Time Kinematic GPS and conventional surveying methods using data collectors.
