Scott founded MSB Surveying, Inc. in 2000 and is currently the acting President
and Surveyor & Mapper. He has worked in the Sarasota, Manatee and
Charlotte county areas for over thirty years. His expertise and project
experience includes: historical research and knowledge, boundary, topographic,
hydrographic, mean high water, tidal studies, riparian rights, route surveys,
construction stake out, subdivision and condominium platting and expert witness
on boundry, mean high water boundries and riparian lines.

Richard graduated Cum Laude in 2006 from the University of Florida with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Geomatics. He is currently the acting
Vice-President and surveyor in charge. He has worked in the Sarasota,
Manatee and Charlotte county areas for more then twelve years. His
expertise and project experience include: boundary, topographic, coastal
surveys, hydrographic, mean high water, riparian rights, route surveys, easement
descriptions, creating TINS and digital terrain models.
